Malibu Country Inn Policies 

Reservations

The Malibu Country Inn is a nonsmoking property, therefore smoking is prohibited in any of our accommodations.  

Lobby Hours 

*Everyday from 7:00 AM TO 12:00 AM

Cancellation and Prepayment Policies

Cancellation and prepayment policies are set. There is no Cancelation after 72 hours. If a guest makes a reservation within a 72hour window then the guest will be charged the full stay plus tax if canceled or if no show. All monies will be collected before guests arrival. 

All Children are Welcome

Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

  • All children under 12 years are charged USD 20 per night for extra beds.
  • All further older children or adults are charged USD 20 per night for extra beds.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • Roll-away beds are also available for an additional $20 per night 

Pets

  • Pets are allowed on request. Guests are allowed no more than two pets per room with a charge of $40 for one pet or $60 for two. 

Check-in Policies

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

Please note reception hours are from 0700 to 0000 daily. Please notify Malibu Country Inn if you will be arriving beyond their scheduled hours to arrange a team member to welcome you.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
